The present writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 07.07.2025 passed by DRT-II, New Delhi. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has already approached the DRAT to challenge the Impugned Order dated 07.07.2025 passed by DRT. Officer was not available on that date, the matter was adjourned to 14.07.2025. The matter is now listed for 14.07.2025 before the DRAT. 3.

Since the statutory remedy has already been availed of by the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. 4.

In the event of taking over possession of the property by Respondent No.1/Bank, it is open for the Petitioner to pray for re-possession of the property or for other Orders to protect the property before the appropriate forum.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
