% 22.08.2016 This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is the case of the petitioners that certain disputes have arisen in respect of an Agreement dated 22.06.2012 and 10.12.2012 and the said disputes are liable to be referred to arbitration in terms of Clause 14 of the said agreement dated 22.06.2012. The petitioners have also, by a letter dated 22.11.2015, invoked the said arbitration clause. The aforesaid facts are not disputed and therefore, Arbitral Tribunal is to be constituted. At this stage, the learned counsel for the parties state that they are agreeable if the parties are referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC). Accordingly, it is directed that an Arbitrator be appointed under the Rules of DAC. The parties shall appear before the co-ordinator, DAC on 14.09.2016 at 11:00 AM. The arbitration shall be conducted under

the aegis of DAC and in accordance with its Rules. The petition is disposed of.
