The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "A. praying for a direction to the respondent to file the FSL report within a period of 4 weeks pertaining to the DVR Black CP Plus containing Model No.
CP-UVR-1601E15S/NCPH044D7PBQ08755 and One Hard Disk 2TB No. WD20PURZ-WWN-50014EE20F6C56D7 in FIR no.0144/2021, registered at PS- VASANT KUNJ SOUTH, U/s 392/419/34. B. Pass any other order this Hon'ble Court deems fit." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that FSL report has been filed and in view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
