The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the Order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal. 2.

In view of the fact that the Petitioners have already approached the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.

The petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
