O R D E R

% 19.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.09/2013 under Sections 419/468/471/506/507/509 IPC registered at police station Paschim Vihar. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by W/SI Anita of police station Paschim Vihar. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record in support of the petition. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed, subject to costs

of `10,000/- to be paid by each of the petitioners to the respondent no.2. The costs of `10,000/- each has been duly paid by the petitioners today in Court to the respondent no.2.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
