The present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying inter alia for directing the Central Administrative Tribunal to expedite the hearing of Original Application No.3526/2017 filed by them and to dispose of the same within two weeks.

We may note that the present petition was filed by the petitioners on 15.02.2018. Prior to the said date, the matter was listed before the Tribunal on 09.02.2018, as a Miscellaneous Application had been moved by the petitioners. On the said date, at the request of the learned counsel for the respondents, who had sought time to file a reply to the said Miscellaneous Applications, the Tribunal had adjourned the matter to 15.02.2018, i.e. yesterday.

Today, we are informed by learned counsel for the parties that arguments were addressed on the application on 15.02.2018 and orders were reserved by the Tribunal. Learned counsels for the parties state in unison that the matter is listed before the Tribunal today for announcing orders. In view of the said position, we decline to entertain the present petition, which is disposed of.
