The medical prescriptions/ reports have been verified. The concerned doctor has verified that the applicant's wife has to undergo Surgery- Endoscopy Spine with Decompression with Neurolysis.

The surgery was initially planned for 30.07.2024 but could not take place.

Considering the aforesaid, the applicant is admitted on interim bail for a period of two weeks on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions: a. change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;

b. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times; c. The applicant shall, upon his release, speak with the concerned IO once every day;

d. The applicant shall under no circumstance leave the boundaries of NCT of Delhi during his release; e. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever. 4.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before the 15th day of his release, before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.
