The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:
"i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to the Respondent No.2 to issue order of restoration of recognition of B.ED. Course for 100 Seats (Two Basic Units).; and/or ii. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to Respondents to display the name of Petitioner institution in the list/ category of recognized institutions for conducting B.ED. Course on their website alongwith recognition/ restoration order for B.ED. Course and to inform the Affiliating University as well as Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh communicating restoration order and recognition status of petitioner institution for conducting B.ED. Course and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioner/institute was recognized for B.Ed Course for 100 seats (Two Basic Units). However, the said recognition was withdrawn by the Western Regional Committee vide its order dated 01.08.2019. Against the said order of withdrawal of recognition, petitioner preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, and the appellate authority vide its order dated 05.12.2019 had remanded back the case of the institute to the WRC-NCTE, for necessary action. 3.
He submits that since the order of remand was not preceded by an order of setting aside of impugned order of withdrawal of recognition, petitioner was constrained to file W.P.(C) 5223/2020 titled as Nagaji Institute of Teacher Education v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

In the said writ petition, this Court vide order dated 13.08.2020 quashed the impugned withdrawal order dated 0l.08.2019 with further direction that petitioner shall be entitled to all consequential benefits. He submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, respondents were obliged to restore the recognition and to update the website. 5.
He submits that the name of petitioner institute has been displayed in the list of recognized institution for conducting B.Ed. Course, however, no order of restoration of recognition of B.Ed. Course of the petitioner institute has been passed.

In view of above, issue notice.

Ms. Renu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NCTE accepts notice. She, on instructions, submits that necessary action will be taken by respondent/NCTE within a period of 10 days from today. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/NCTE shall remain bound by the same. 8.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent/NCTE, Mr. Amitesh Kumar submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 10.
