After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court itself, seeking expeditious disposal of the matter as only procedural formalities are required to be done as the final decree has already been pronounced.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

It is expected that the learned Trial Court, keeping in mind the aforesaid facts stated by Mr. Suri, would try to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
