It has been informed by both the sides that the present suit has already been decreed by the learned Trial court on 8th August, 2024. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner states that present petition has become infructuous. He, however, states that as and when he files any appeal of the petition challenging the decree, he would also challenge the order, which is impugned herein.
