Learned Counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court, the order dated 10th September, 2024 of this Court, which reads as follows:
"After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks adjournment to take appropriate instructions in relation to the present petition as it has been proposed to him that the petition can be disposed of with the direction that in future if situation so arises or warrants, the plaintiff would be at liberty to move application afresh seeking appointment of any Local Commissioner and the learned Trial Court would be at liberty to decide such application in accordance with law and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in accordance with the aforesaid order, the present petition may be disposed of. 4.
Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned Counsel for petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to move the application as proposed to the petitioner vide aforesaid order and the learned Trial Court to decide such application in accordance with law and within the prescribed parameters in this regard. All the pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
