The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.125/2015 registered under Sections 302/506 IPC at PS Kalkaji for four weeks to get treatment for the ailment of his father.

Status report / additional status report has been filed.

Status report reveals that date of angioplasty of the father Ali Ahmad has been fixed for 08.03.2018. He is to be hospitalised one day prior to the said date.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take care of his ailing father, he is granted interim bail for two weeks from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The appellant shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail.
