% 22.02.2016 RC.REV. 123/2016, CAV No.158/2016 & C.M. No.6541/2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 21.07.2015 vide which the petitioner/tenant had been granted the benefit of Section 14 (2) of the DRCA and he was directed to deposit the arrears of rent within 30 days from the date of the order i.e. w.e.f. 21.07.2015. This Court has been informed that the arrears of rent were not deposited by the petitioner/tenant and a final decree under Section 14 (1)(a) of the DRCA has been passed against the petitioner/tenant on 21.01.2016.

This petition has accordingly become infructuous as the petitioner is advised to challenge the decree and petition against this intervening order is no longer maintainable.

Dismissed.
