Mr. Mohinder JS Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent no.1/University of Delhi, on instructions, submits that for the spot counselling round seats are vacant in Law Centre-II (LC-2). He submits that in case the petitioner give up his seat in Law Centre-I (LC-1) today and applies afresh for seat in Law Centre-II (LC-2) in the spot counselling round, he will be considered for the same.

Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by Mr. Rupal, he will give up his seat in Law Centre-I (LC-1) and will apply for the seat in Law Centre-II (LC-2) in the spot counselling round.

In view of the above, Mr. Singh does not wish to pursue the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
