This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) Allow the present petition of the petitioner and set aside the impugned orders dated 01.12.2020 bearing No. 2301-2320-Ext. Cell/DWD New Delhi passed by the respondent no. 1 and order dated 07.07.2021 in case/appeal no.15/2021 passed by the respondent no.2 in case titled Prince Vs State, in the interest of justice. Pass any other order or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favor of the applicant." 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the only relief sought in the present petition is the challenge to an externment order dated 01.12.2020 which has since expired with the passage of two years from the date of issue of the order.
