Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is seen that the possession of the stall in question has already been taken over by the respondent-NDMC way back in year 2015. There appear to be dues of Rs.24,78,578/- as on the date of passing of the impugned order. 3.
The petitioner has been unable to satisfy as to under which provision of law either the aforesaid due amount can be waived off or the petitioner is entitled to reoccupy the stall in question.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no reason to continue this writ petition on the Board of this Court.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is ready to make the payment of the aforesaid balance of the licence fee and approaches the NDMC with a proper application, let the same be considered in accordance with law within The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
