O R D E R

% 23.02.2017 The case has been placed before the Court on an office note in view of the communication dated 18.02.2017 received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar.

It is, therefore, clarified that the petitioner shall surrender on 16.03.2017 upon expiry of parole granted by the Government. It is made clear that the parole granted by this Court on 15.02.2017 is subsumed in the parole granted by the State.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendant concerned.
