Learned counsel for respondent, however, submits that they have already challenged order dated 15.01.2024 passed by this Court, of which they are stated to be in contempt and their Special Leave Petition i.e. SLP (C) Diary No.36528/2024 was taken up by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 06.09.2024 and while issuing notice, the operation of impugned order i.e. order dated 15.01.2024 has been stayed. 2.

Such order is taken on record.

Since order in question has already been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further order can be passed in present contempt petition, at the moment, at least.

Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that he is aware about such order. He submits that present petition be disposed of while giving him liberty to revive the same.
