The charges in the present case have been framed, by order dated 27.01.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh petition challenging the order dated 27.01.2024.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the disputes between the parties and as and when any petition is filed challenging the order on charge, the same be considered on its own merits.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
