This petition was filed aggrieved of order dated 02.05.2023 cancelling the child care leaves of the petitioner from Delhi Region to Punjab Region. 2.

Learned counsels for the parties are at ad idem that on petitioner's posting in Punjab region, the child care leaves were granted. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary of the intervening period was not released.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent for redressal of surviving grievance if any.
