O R D E R

% 29.08.2024 1.

On 21.02.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "1. These petitions have been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, „Cr.P.C.‟) seeking quashing of the FIR no. 507/2022 registered with Police Station: Rajouri Garden, West District, Delhi under Sections 406/420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, „IPC‟) and all the proceedings emanating therefrom.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the demand raised by the HDFC Bank with respect to the loan on the car. He further submits that the petitioner shall take steps to have the hypothecation on the car removed, and also hand over the No Objection Certificate for the transfer of the car along with the original Registration Certificate (RC) and the required transfer documents to the complainant within a period of four weeks from today.

3. He submits that the five other cases that have been filed by the petitioner against the complainant shall also be withdrawn based on the understanding arrived at between the parties.

4. The learned senior counsel for the respondent no.2/complainant submits that if the above statements are fully complied with, he would have no objection in quashing of the FIR against the petitioners.

On 02.04.2024, the original documents were handed over by learned Counsel for the Petitioners to the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 for verification of the said documents from the HDFC Bank. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the documents have been verified and are in order. The statement of the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 is taken on record.

In view of the said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served in proceeding ahead with the instant FIR. Resultantly, FIR No. 507/2022 dated 04.08.2022 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden for offences under Section 406, 420, 468, 471 & 34 IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. 5.

The petitions are disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
