The Petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 50/2012 dated 05.04.2012, under Section 363/368 of IPC, registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, in view of the Compromise Deed dated 26.04.2024. 2.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are present through video conferencing, submit that there is no settlement inter se the parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
