The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.859/2015 registered under Sections 308/323/34 IPC at PS Anand Parbat. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Vide orders dated 16.02.2016 and 30.03.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. The nature of injuries sustained by the victim is 'simple'.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with BAIL APPLN. 349/2016

one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer.

They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
