been settled. In terms thereof, an Affidavit has been filed by the Petitioners stating that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and that the terms of settlement be taken on record.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners seek to rely upon two communications, one dated 07.12.2024 addressed by the Petitioner/Club to the Respondent/DDA and its response dated 10.12.2024, wherein the terms and conditions for membership have been set out in this regard. 3.

It is contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners that the Affidavit and communications have been placed on record in W.P.(C) 14079/2023.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent/DDA affirms this communication.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petitions. 6.
