1. None appears for the Decree Holder („DH‟).

2. It is seen that none appeared even on 1st May 2014. The notice issued on that date could not be served since process fee was not filed as noticed in the subsequent order dated 29th September 2014. Thereafter, the Joint Registrar (Judicial) noted on 6th January 2015 that the DH did not take any steps for effecting service upon the Judgment Debtor. Thereafter also no steps were taken. On 20th January 2016, none appeared for the DH. It appears that the DH is not interested in pursuing the execution petition.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
