The instant petition is for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondent No.1 ,2 and 3 to immediately de-seal the plot bearing Plot No. 247, 248 Nangli Sakrawati Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043.
b. Further be pleased to restrain the respondents by means of permanent injunction from sealing the said property being plot bearing Plot No. 247, 248 Nangli Sakrawati Najafgarh , New Delhi-110043. c. Costs of the proceedings may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents; and d. Any other relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents."

It is submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by the settlement agreement dated 05.05.2026. In view thereof, the settlement agreement dated 05.05.2026 shall be complied with by the parties. 3.
Let a copy of the order be sent to the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, who shall do the needful as per the settlement.
