The present appeal has been filed under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, read with Section 104 and Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking setting-aside of the impugned order dated 02.07.2024,insofar as it pertains to the payment of rent and occupational charges, passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Commercial Courts, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in I.A. No. 1/2024 in C.S.(Comm.) No. 79/2023, and for a stay on the arrears of rent and occupational charges.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that he does not wish to press the present appeal.
