A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer for directing the Respondents to provide immediate and adequate Police protection against the any threats or acts of violence from Sameer @ Babu, Ahmed ali @ Badka, Inzamam, Shivam @ Munshi and their accomplices.

Learned Prosecutor on instructions from the I.O submits that on the Complaint of the Petitioner FIR No.646/2025 under Section 115(2) and 126(2) 3(5) BNS has already been registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want any further directions to be issued.
