The final award has been passed where damages have been awarded to the respondent. Hence, Mr. Saini, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is in the process of challenging the final Award dated 17.02.2025.

To my mind, since the interim award has merged in the final Award, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all issues including issues raised in the present petition while challenging the final Award dated 17.02.2025. 3.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not adverted to the merits of the challenge of the petition and all the said challenges are left open.
