Learned counsel for the respondent at the outset raised an objection as to the form and content of notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Without going into the merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be treated as notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The respondent may respond to the same within thirty days. 4.

Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to file a fresh petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act after the expiry of thirty days.

In view of the submissions made, let the present petition be treated as notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
