This is a petition under Section 29A (4) of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal which is presently seized of the dispute between the parties. 2.
Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 3.
Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stands extended from today by a period of six weeks from today. 4.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
