Vide Order dated 16.07.2024, learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, has stated that CC No. 8660/2020, tilted 'The State vs. Jai Kishan', pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class-06, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, pertains to a former MLA. Therefore, it is requested that the file be sent to the Rouse Avenue Courts Complex.

In view of the noting, the case is transferred from Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

In view of the submissions made and the noting, the case is hereby transferred to the Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi and the parties are directed to appear before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts on 02.08.2024 at 2 PM, for the case to be marked to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction.
