By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation.

Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State submits that after investigation, an untraced report has been filed by the DIU/North. He further submits that even earlier, an untraced report was filed by the DIU/North, upon which, the State was directed to do further investigation through a different I.O. He also submits that a protest petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

Considering the fact that both the untraced report as well as the protest petition is pending before the concerned Trial Court, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all issues before the concerned Trial Court.
