The present petition has been filed for seeking grant of additional compensation under Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.1 2.

Mr. Amit Tiwari, counsel for Union of India, apprises the Court that on the receipt of duly authenticated form from the District Magistrate, the request of the Petitioner has been processed and through communication dated 23rd August, 2024, the financial assistance sought by the Petitioner has been released to the Petitioner.
