By way of this petition filed under Section 24 CPC read with Section 151 CPC, petitioners are praying that Suit No.704/14 titled as "Deepak Kumar & Ors. Vs. Shiv Shankar Jindal & Ors.' pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Court be transferred to the Court of District Judge having jurisdiction to try the case. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition has become infructuous as the matter has already been transferred to the Court of Dr.Saurabh Kulshrestha, ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes to this position. 4.
