Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner realises that the petitioner does not have any locus with respect to the cause raised in the instant writ petition. The Court, therefore, was of the opinion to dismiss the petition with heavy cost. However, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, tenders an unconditional apology on behalf of the petitioner and prays for liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition without any conditions. 2.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court restrains itself from imposing the cost and allows for unconditional withdrawal of the petition.
