O R D E R

The present petition assails an order dated 12.05.2023 passed by the respondent no.2 ('Delhi Medical Council'). The limited point raised by the petitioner is that the said order has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It is submitted that the same has resulted in great prejudice to the petitioner inasmuch as the relevant aspect/s of the case have not been taken note of.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 (Delhi Medical Council) is unable to controvert that the impugned order has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.

In the circumstances, the impugned order is set aside; the matter is remanded to the respondent no.2 (Delhi Medical Council) for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. reconsideration of the matter, and for passing a fresh order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, also to the respondent no.3. 5.

Let the aforesaid exercise be conducted within a period of eight weeks from today. Let a copy of the reasoned order to be passed by the respondent no.2 in terms of the aforesaid directions, be supplied to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved therewith, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
