By way of present petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the respondent to initiate the process of allotment of shops/kiosk situated within the premises of respondent, i.e., Lok Nayak Hospital. 2.

An additional affidavit dated 20.12.2024 has been placed on record, stating that insofar as 6 shops are concerned, the dispute qua the same are sub judice before various courts and 2 shops are stated to have already been vacated. It is further stated that with respect to the remaining 2 shops/kiosks, one occupant has been evicted. Regarding the remaining 1 shop, it is stated that the respondent is in the process of taking possession as law and order problem was created.

In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that as and when the respondent comes out with a tender of allotment of shop(s)/kiosk(s), the petitioner subject to being eligible, shall be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
