% 13.04.2026 1.
Learned counsel representing the Petitioner does not dispute that, in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 11848/2023 captioned Narendra Singh vs. Union of India & Ors., a deputationist has no vested right to claim permanent absorption in the borrowing organisation. 2.
The Petitioner, having been sent on deputation, can, therefore, claim no permanent absorption in the organisation to which he was deputed as a matter of right.
3.
In view of the aforesaid, the present Writ Petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed.
