Petitioner, The Indure Private Limited, faced corporate insolvency proceedings subsequent to admission of a petition under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the National Company Law Tribunal. Subsequently, in appeal, the order initiating the corporate insolvency resolution process was set aside by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on 05th January, 2024.1 Consequently, the Petitioner is no longer subject to insolvency proceedings.

The Petitioner's limited grievance in the present petition is that website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs,2 continues to reflect that Petitioner is "under CIRP". submission of requisite form of the Interim Resolution Professional and several e-mail representations, the MCA website incorrectly displays the Petitioner's status.

In the above circumstances, the Petitioner seeks this Court's intervention for necessary directions to Respondent No. 2 to update the status on MCA website.

Mr. Vikram Jetley, SPC representing Respondents No. 1 and 2, refers to circular No. 08/2020 dated 06th March, 2020 to submit that the Petitioner ought to have made a representation to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for this purpose.

In response, counsel for Petitioner states that the necessary documents shall be submitted to the Board within a period of one week from today. 6.

In view of the above, a direction is issued to Respondent No. 2 to update the Petitioner's status on MCA website, subject to the Petitioner furnishing the necessary documents to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in terms of the afore-noted circular.

The present petition is disposed of.
