% 29.02.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks quashing of inspection report dated 30th June, 2015 of the respondent no.1. It is noted here that earlier W.P. (C) 10350/2015 was filed by the petitioner for the same relief. In the said writ petition petitioner had prayed for quashing and setting aside the inspection report dated 30th June, 2015 of the respondent no.1. He had also sought directions to the respondent no.1 to take appropriate measure to ensure safety of petitioner's family residing at House No. 273, Chirag Delhi, Delhi - 110017. After arguing for some time petitioner's counsel had withdrawn the said writ petition as is evident from the order dated 18th November, 2015 passed in the said writ

petition. In view of this, I do not find any justification to entertain present writ petition for the same relief and the same is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
