The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (in short, 'Tribunal'), by an Order dated 14.12.2021, passed in MA No. 1902/2019 in OA No. 1561/2018, titled Ex Sep Hira Ram v. Union of India and Ors., has directed the petitioners herein to issue a corrigendum Pension Payment Order, granting the service element of pension in addition to the disability element of pension to the respondent herein. He submits that the petitioners, if at all, are aggrieved by the said direction, since they have already implemented the Order dated 07.01.2019, passed by the learned Tribunal in the above-mentioned Original Application, thereby releasing the disability element of pension to the respondent herein.
