By virtue of the present application, petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 01.09.2025, which has been filed alongwith the present application. 2.
For the reasons stated in the present application, as also the considering execution of the MoU inter se the parties, the present application is allowed.
