appeal submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate order in accordance with the law. He, however, submits that in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, she be granted liberty to take appropriate recourse as may be available.

In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer which has been made by the petitioner, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition with the following directions:- (i) Let the respondent-Corporation to treat the instant writ petition as representation for the appeal filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from today. (ii) The decision so taken by the respondent-Corporation, if is adverse to the petitioner, she shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with the law.
(iii) All rights and contentions are left open. 6.
