Mr. A.K. Soni, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company requests permission to withdraw the present appeal. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company that the entire amount of the compensation with accrued interest, has already been deposited with the learned Tribunal out of which, 75% of the amount has already been released. 4.

Let the remaining balance amount of compensation to the extent of 25% with accrued interest be released to the respondent No.1/claimant forthwith.

The statutory amount of deposit of Rs. 25,000/- be released to the appellant/Insurance Company forthwith as well. 6.
