The issue in the litigation, as also the present RSA was with regard to the cancellation of the plot admeasuring 570 sq. yards being plot No. G-78, Preet Nagar Cooperative House Building Society Limited, Delhi, which was allotted to Smt. Lajwanti and who is represented by the respondents after her demise. 2.

In terms of the earlier orders passed by this Court the respondents have deposited with the appellant all the misuse charges and interest and therefore the appellant has to restore the sub-lease of the respondents of the suit plot as per the policy dated 5.5.2016. RSA 75/2014

Accordingly, the appellant is directed to take steps for restoration of the status of the respondents as sub-lessees of the aforesaid suit property.

Needful be done by the appellant within a period of three months from today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
