By way of the present application, the applicant/respondent no. 2 is seeking release of demand draft amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/- in favour of the applicant/respondent no. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the FIR and the proceedings in the present case were quashed by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025.
