% 02.05.2019 CRL.M.C. 875/2018 & CRL.M.A. 3235/2018 & Crl.M.A. 9453/2019 Impugned order of 11th December, 2017 takes cognizance for the offence under Section 135/150 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against petitioners. Since it is informed that the case is coming up for final hearing on 4th May, 2019 before the trial court, therefore, this court is not inclined to invoke its extra ordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings arising out of FIR in question. This petition and the application are accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioners to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at Page | 1

the stage of final hearing. The date of 22nd July, 2019 fixed in this petition is accordingly cancelled.
