The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 425/2021, under Sections 302/201/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Bharat Nagar.

It is pointed out that only one witness is left to be examined before the learned Trial Court and is now fixed for 14.03.2024. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer seeking directions to learned Trial Court for expeditious trial in the present FIR.

Leave and liberty granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
