Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the enquiry has already been held on the Complaint dated 16.04.2024 and the MCD was already cognizant and taking action in respect of the property in question which has already been undertaken.

A similar Writ Petition No.11560/2024 had been filed which has already been disposed of. In so far as the directions for registration of FIR under Section 13(1)(a) and (b) Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 217 and 119 IPC is concerned, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Trial Court in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
